About my Self

Born in Geneva, with a muliticultural background; and spending time learning new receipies from my grandma and my mother since a very young age. I have discover the passion of pastry and baking.

I have passed many summer's doing baking internships and courses in Geneva, Israel and the USA. It was really a great experience and very interesting.

I studyed at the internationaly renowned  "Le Cordon Bleu London" and has been certified of the Pastry Diploma, and of the Culinairy Management Diploma. Further my studies I have worked in few pastry catering companies in London.

I can't wait now to share my passion with all of you!
